Health Consciousness: Western Health Care is good for REAL emergencies...like severed limbs.

So, if you find me with a missing limb, please dial 911! Don't call your guru!

For all non-emergency healing treatments...I prefer natural holistic treatments and self healing. I heal myself everyday...I'm pretty good at it. I'm am not that effective with others...YET!

I am a health conscious person...which for me means:

- I need to lose weight (that's a goal)

- Drinking less would be be good (but I love beer)

- Processed food is less than optimal for nutritional value...but its sooo much cheaper

- I love to exercise...but sometimes it hurts too much

My health consciousness need work, and I know that. I am really struggling with low energy levels at work...I have a hard time staying awake.

Sure, I get up at 4:00 am every day (even on the weekends and on vacation) to just keep up the habit or work on my web biz...but duty calls at night as well...

So I need to work on the balance of my life, to harmonize the physical part of my life with my goals, desires, and passions.

Maybe you can help me! This is an area in my life that I need help with.

Exercise comes easy...motivation sometimes is lacking. When I show up to the gym...I love it...but exercise is the first thing to fall off the agenda when I am stressed...why?

Is it because that deep down I don't believe my body is real? That's a true statement....but at a consciousness level I know I need my body for my work on earth, so I should really take care of it...yet I don't.

UPDATE #1: I bought a BIKE! A "fitness bike" (if you are interested I bought a GIANT FCR 3). My long term goal is to use my bike to do my commute to work (about 12 miles one way). I am working up to it little by little.
