I don't think you do. And you might be thinking "What does this have to with consciousness?"

When someone asks you, "Who are you?" What do you answer? I might have said something like this:

"Hi! I am Jeff Smith...I am a retired USAF Master Sergeant...I really like micro-brew beers and everything about presence, gratitude and service...I'm working on my business to bring about a new level of awareness on earth through humor and personal stories..."

...this is not really who I am though...I could write a whole story about my life from my birthday until right about now and it still would not answer the question...

...the real answer to the question to "Who are you?" or "Who am I?" is
